Considered that most of Expo 2020 will develop next to it, this area will significantly grow in value. The waterfront combines ten distinct communities that accommodate a total of 100,000 residents.
Investment In Downtown Dubai:
Downtown Dubai is also attracting new investments, besides hosting offices and luxury hotels it now offers residential areas. Living besides the Burj Khalifa tower and get a villa for “just” a million euros will always have its allure! Investors are investing in Dubai.
To the east, for those who fancy a more artistic flare, art galleries and ateliers have added a more creative edge to the industrial zone of Al Quoz, and we can predict prizes will go up.
